Our Focus is on Quality...
Our Quality Control Dept. works according to three fundamental steps:
* Control of the entering materials according to drawings and/or contracts parameters and requirement of quality certificates from suppliers.??Our rolling bearings with sizes ranging from a 3 mm bore to an 1200 mm outside diameter. We offer the most extensive line of ball and roller bearings. The rolling bearing types includes deep groove ball bearings, Single row and double row angular contact ball bearings, Tapered roller bearings, Cylindrical roller bearings with cage, Full complement cylindrical roller bearings etc.
* Control of the whole production line: forging, turning, heat treatment, grinding, assembling, testing, and marking. Use of control papers in order to file the specific procedure for each single working step, and use of operative instructions that is technical specifications and drawings.
*Control of the final product: control procedures adapted according to the customer's requirements and release of conformity certificates.

Latest CNC machines and modern quality control equipments must be presented at our facilities.
We provide PPAP Level III documents such as FMEA, Control Plan, Capability Analysis, Gage R & R for ensuring quality.
Our engineers and technicians offer qualified support from the beginning with design, manufacturing process, answer technical questions and develop specific product solutions according to the customers' different needs.
